Refund Policy - YatriRestro Food on Train

At YatriRestro, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent food delivery experience on trains. This refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed for food on train orders.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Your order is canceled within the allowed cancellation time.
  • Your food order is not delivered at the selected station.
  • The order is canceled due to train delays or operational issues.
  • You receive an incomplete order (missing items).

Full Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Order canceled before the cutoff time as per cancellation policy.
  • Food not delivered to your seat.
  • Order canceled due to service unavailability.

Partial Refund Policy

Partial refunds are applicable in the following situations:

  • Missing food items in your order.
  • Incorrect items delivered.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the affected items.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requested after the allowed time window.
  • Customer not available at the delivery location (coach/seat).
  • Incorrect details provided at the time of booking.
  • Failure to accept the order during train stoppage.

Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds are processed within 3 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or other supported payment methods after verification.

  • YatriRestro acts as a platform connecting customers with FSSAI-approved restaurant partners.
  • Delivery is handled by partner restaurants based on train schedules and station stoppage time.
  • In case of delivery failure, efforts may be made to deliver at the next available station.
