Cancellation Policy - YatriRestro Food on Train

At YatriRestro, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for ordering food on train. This cancellation and refund policy explains how you can cancel your order and when you are eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your train food order based on the following conditions:

  • Regular Orders: Cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Early Morning Deliveries: Orders scheduled before 9:00 AM must be canceled by 9:00 PM on the previous day.
  • Bulk or Group Orders: Cancellation must be made 12 hours before delivery or by 6:00 PM on the previous day, whichever is earlier.

Refund Policy

YatriRestro ensures a transparent refund process for all eligible cancellations.

  • Full Refund: 100% refund will be provided for prepaid orders canceled within the allowed time.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Cancellation requested after the allowed cutoff time.
  • Customer not available at the seat during delivery.
  • Incorrect coach or seat details provided during booking.

How to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order using the following methods:

  • From your registered mobile number or YatriRestro account.
  • By calling customer support at +91-9264296066.

For security purposes, cancellation requests must be verified before processing.

Order Modifications

Any change in an existing order will be treated as a cancellation and a new order must be placed.

No-Show Policy

If you are not available at your seat during delivery, the order will be treated as cancelled after the cutoff time and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Confirmation

Once your order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation via SMS. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact customer support immediately.

Important Information

  • YatriRestro works with FSSAI-approved restaurants to ensure food quality and hygiene.
  • Delivery depends on train schedules and station stoppage time.
  • In case of delivery issues, we may attempt delivery at the next available station.
